Michael McDermott founded the Puffin Gang 11 years ago with a simple goal: bring people together and create real experiences that actually matter. What started as a small group of friends has grown into a strong community built on travel, events, gaming, and unforgettable moments.
Michael’s role has always been focused on building something organized, welcoming, and lasting—where people feel included, supported, and part of something bigger than a weekend plan. The Puffin Gang continues to grow because of the people in it, but it started with one person choosing to create a community instead of waiting for one to exist.
